High-precision measurement technology for dimensionally accurate components
The greatest possible dimensional accuracy of components is a key requirement in precision machining. LILA sets a high standard in this area, using measurement and inspection technology for both internal quality management and documentation.
LILA currently uses a KEYENCE digital microscope and two 4k inspection measuring systems. These modern measuring instruments allow for high-resolution images to visualize the smallest details such as the height profiles of weld seams.
Large amounts of data can also be stored and archived with these measuring systems.
